RE: Outlook and add-ins?

I've got just such an add-in also (Enterprise Vault), and I've had to
learn work-arounds for each situation:

sometimes I can use mouse cursor to find some buttons at the bottom of
an email message.

On one screen there are 2 buttons which are both graphics, and neither
one is classed as a button. with some sighted help I was able to label
the graphics, then I use mouse cursor to find the correct graphic and
click it.

And sometimes there are additional menu entries for the add-on under the
outlook tools menu, or when right-clicking a message.

Hope this gives you some ideas to try.
