as of september of last year
if you were using hotmail in outlook express
you can continue to use outllook express
but, any one signing up after september
will have to sign up for hotmail plus for about 20 bucks a year
in order to use hotmail in outlook express
 sorry
if you want a free email account that works in outlook express
try bluebottle.com
but they have gone the way of all email sign ups for security reasons
because of the spammers

and make you type in a code that jaws cannot read and someone who can see
has to type it in the edit field to sign
 up
once signed up bluebottle is very easy to use
a lot simpler to use than hotmail
hotmail is doable if you take a class in hotmail
which is not available
sorry about dat
i teach it at the foundation for the junior blind
still trying to get them to switch them to bluebottle
cause it can be used in outlook express
and is free
