have you run chkdsk on this machine lately?
Maybe there is some problem with outlook express
To do this on the desk top highlight my computer, hold down the alt key and
press enter. Find the tools dropdown and press enter on the error
correction button. Check both boxes and hit ok. Then hit ok to close the
properties
Restart the pc.
When the chkdsk is finished windows will start automatically.
Depending on the amount of items on the hard drive it might take a while to
complete so be patient.

Thanks to everyone who responded about my problem with Outlook Express. I
have downloaded and installed the scripts for Outlook Express from the JFW
lite page but unfortunately I don't see any improvement. I still cannot
respond to a message in the regular way most of the time but if it is a Jaws
