Start browsing around in Tools/Options. Particularly in preferences/E-Mail, and
in the "Other" page.
There may be some setting that is automatically deleting or moving your
messages after reading them.

Hi List!
I recently got a new computer with Windows 7 and JAWS 11.
For years I used Eudora light on my old Windows 98 computer.
Now I'm using Outlook 2007.
If I open and read a message in my Inbox and then exit Outlook, the message
is no longer in my Inbox when I return to Outlook. I can't find it anywhere in
other folders.
Do I need to make changes In settings under View or Tools? Any advice will
be welcome.
