Do Alt+h and then the letter A. Tell me what your version numbers are for
Outlook. I posted mine last night.
Curious. I'm using XP Pro, not Windows 7.

I forgot to mention one step I made. After finding unread message, I
downarrowed until I came to Customize and then I hit Enter. I continued to
downarrow until I was asked if I wanted to change the settings.
I have Windows 7 Professional. I don't know if that means I also have
Outlook 2007 Professional.
For now I'll just leave the View settings alone.
