Outlook 2003 BCC Question

I am not able to find out how to turn BCC on in Oultook 2003. I tried
using the Outlook help and was not able to read it with Jaws. Does
anyone know how to turn on BCC in Outlook 20003? Can anyone tell me how
to use the Outlook help with Jaws?
