I use Outlook 2003 as well.

I have no problem with sluggishness, but I have my messages grouped by
conversation and all I get when I use JAWS and Outlook is the sender's name
and what time the mail was sent.

Is there any way I can fix this problem?

Thanks.

Hi all, just wondered if anyone has noticed improved responsiveness when
using Outlook 2003 at least with JAWS 9? I seem to remember with JAWS 8
Outlook was sluggish, particularly when reading messages in plain text. This
doesn't seem to be the case with JAWS 9. This I think will be my prefered
e-mail client here on out. Thanks for any comments regarding this.
