hi,
this is really nothing to do with what screen reader you are using, because the
features is in OE itself. regardless to which screen
reader, you focus to that email, press alt+t for tools, arrow up once and you
will hear your screen reader read "add to address
book, sub menu..." press right arrow to activate the sub menu, here you will be
able to add directly to your address book.
