I have found that ALT + TAB does not work. At least, if there are other open programs. However, ALT + F6 or CTRL + F6 does. Thanks to all those who responded to my query. I tried to check out the shortcut keys in MSWord help, but there are eighteen pages of them. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Judith Bron Sent: Saturday, October 18, 2008 5:03 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Opening more than one document in MsWord To switch between documents in word hit control F6 or alt tab. Judith ----- Original Message ----- From: Gene <mailto:gwilson@xxxxxxxx> To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, October 17, 2008 8:18 PM Subject: Opening more than one document in MsWord I am probably off topic, but, I'll ask my question anyway. In earlier versions of MsWord, I thought more than one document could be opened at a time and the user could switch between documents by using CTRL+Tab. Well, I don't know if that was an MsWord function or a JAWS function, but, it doesn't seem to work with JAWS 9 and MsWord 2003. Would someone mind refreshing my memory? Don't hesitate to answer off list if I've gone out-of-bounds.
