Ok I can answer that fairly quick. The interface is almost like the previous one. There are some exceptions. The first is that you no longer choose the OCR engine. There are 3 "strategies" to choose from. Fastest (according to my past experience with OPNBK is recognita) Balance and most accurate. That is a plus 'cause Now you don't have to ask your self "wich OCR is better with this document?". The recognition time is outstaning. It takes only 3 seconds to recognize the text. I'm using a scanner and I must say I have the page reaedy to use before my scanner optical eye returns to the back of it.
That is what I've been able to notice so far. You can check even more information at: www.freedomscientific.com. There is a section that clearly says "latest news". There is the openbook release notice. Check it out for even more information.
