Hi, Mary.

That continues to happen even after exiting from Microsoft Outlook 2003 and even after I reboot my computer. Even reinstalling of JAWS does not help. The only thing to help is the settings transfer wizard.

As I have mentioned it is not Microsoft Word, it is Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Good bye.

Hi Serge,

Two things you might try.
1. make sure your window is maximized
2. if it is word you are talking about set your zoom (alt v for view, z for zoom) and set it to 75%)

Hi, listers.

I tried to ask this question approximately two weeks ago, but nobody answered me. May be somebody did not read the question, because of New Year and Cristmas, so I decided to ask once more...

I have a great problem with Microsoft Outlook in the Microsoft Office 2003. When I start using it in my system with Windows XP Home Edition SP2 and JAWS 4.51 I nearly loose the ability to hear JAWS because it begins to pronounce only numbers instead of the items.

For example it says "1 of 16" instead of saying "Incoming 1 of 16" or it says "Tab 1 of 4" instead saing "Display tab 1 of 4". It goes on even after closing of Microsoft Outlook and makes the work impossible.

I thought that it had happened, because of old JAWS version, but downloading of JAWS 7.0 dem oand trying it, did mot make the situation better. The only thing that helped was downloading the demo version of WindowEyes, but I don't want to migrate to WindowEyes.

Any ideas how to solve my problem?

Good bye.
