On Mouse Over urgent help needed

I'm using JAWS 10 and trying to install a new DSL Modem. It's obviously
installed enough to use, because I'm able to send and receive email. But,
I'm at a place in the installation where it says that restart is necessary
to complete the installation, which is 85 percent complete. I can see where
it says "Restart" on mouse over. But, I can't get anything to happen when I
press enter, the spacebar, or the left mouse button. Any thoughts on what I
should do?
