Hi,
If you've downloaded the QUELLA build from the Freedom Scientific web site,
when you get your JAWS CD you should be able to put it
in the drive and be prompted to update. Your settings will not be lost in this
event.
If you've downloaded the ILM build, there's no need to bother with the CD!
If you're not sure which build you have, check the JAWS Window. Press
JAWSKey+UpArrow. If it says "JAWS Version 6.00.406" you're
running QUELLA. If it says "JAWS Version 6.00.410" you're running the ILM
build.

There is no chance one could simply put version 6 from the C D on top of
the other version 6 down loaded 2 months ago.
