Hi Jim!!
Sounds like you have a problem with adware on your system. My room mate
had this problem, and i had to eventually call microsoft to help sort
the problem out. I had caught some obvious adaware programs before, but
by using their uninstall, you don't always get all of it. It seems that
by removing parts of some of these adaware programs are what is causing
explorer to crash.

I was directed to download the program called 'Spy Sweeper' that is
located at http://www.webroot.com

The direct link to the free demo is:
http://www.webroot.com/php/tryme.php?bjpc=64000&vcode=DT02

You can install the program and update it once without paying.

I am not sure about accessibility though.

I am also using adaware6. While adaware 6 is good, Spy Sweeper will
pickup things that adaware won't.

Cheers,

Craig Goodenough
