No Speech as default in JFW 11

Hi folk,
I'm wondering how to set "no speech' as the default in JAWS 11. I was also
wondering if there's a way to specify it as an option in the
control-insert-s dialog. When I'm using just Braille, there is of course no
way to create a new "no speech" voice profile, so I'm running around in
circles a bit here.
I've gone into the language menu to change these settings, but that seems a
little unwieldy. Insert-j, l for language, v for voice profiles, d for
default, e for Eloquence. Going to no speech is slightly less cumbersome,
with one less keystroke. I switch synthesizers a lot, and I wouldn't mind
having a quick keystroke handy.
