New computer with Jaws

Hello: I'm looking to buy a new desk top, preferrably with Windos XP home.
This would primarily be used for internet access,word processing and
scanning with open book.  I have three questions: (1) any video cards
orspecific computers I should stay away from with Jaws; (2) Is there
anything out there being sold with XP Home? (3) Should I upgrade to Jaws
Professional, as most computers seem to be coming with Media Center or
