Gary,
That did it! Even though I instructed WinAmp to maintain the skins during
the upgrade, it still reverted to some other skin. After pressing Alt+o and
then right-arrowing on the skins menu I checked on Classic skin and all the
JAWS scripts and hot keys seem to work again.

Are you using the classic skin in Winamp? If not, this may be the problem.
