Hi all,I checked out 2 problems we have been having for some time and am happy to report that one of them seems to be fixed in this new build of JAWS 10.0.
Ever since Windows Media Player 11 has been on our systems, once WMP 11 was launched, the Copy and Cut commands would no longer be reported by JAWS until JAWS was unloaded and reloaded. I just tried it and those commands are now reported, even after launching WMP 11. Thank you, FS!
However, I still see that phone numbers are being read improperly by JAWS, which is something that has been happening since the third build of JAWS 9.0, even though telephone numbers were read properly in all earlier versions of JAWS, including the first two builds of JAWS 9.0.
So, I guess that's good news and bad news! Don----- Original Message ----- From: "G.W. Cox" <gwcox2@xxxxxxxxxxx>

I honestly don't know the answer to that one, as I am already updated. But if you try the automatic update and it works, then the answer is yes, you can get itthat way, but if you can't get it that way, absolutely no harm will havebeen done, except that you wasted somewhere between twenty and forty seconds of your life. <GRIN> Again, that was not meant to be a wisecracking answer, I honestly don't know if the auto-update will work for this release. I would suggest, though, regardless, that the information on what is new and what is fixed in this update should be required reading for anyone wishing to update: at least skim through it to see what is relevant to you.
