For just JAWS, you should have no problem with 1Gb. But in general, get the 
absolute memory you can cram into any computer. RAM is so cheap, it's a 
crime to not buy as much as will be used by the OS.

Hi all, I got a Asus Netbook for Christmas, and it has 1gb of memory on it. 
Should I upgrade to 2gb or will Jaws run fine with 1gb.  Also, my internet 
Explorer starts up really slow, why might this be.
