I think you may be talking about "alt plus letter b" which after making
the choices you have mentioned does it for me.

Using Nero 6, I was able to check the correct boxes but could not find
the
"Copy" button.
Once one has chosen the speed and number of copies an has
finalized
the C D, is there some keyboard short cut to start the actual copying
using Nero 6 Ultra? Many thanks.
