I whole heartedly agree! I never! use the folder list in the main window. I don't even use it in Outlook Express under XP. I shut it off in options then just use ctrl+Y. Boy does it make the screen less cluttered, but then I'm weird. If you knew half the things I turned off on my computer that most don't, you'd be like: ewwwwww! Gr'r'roass!

Just had a chat to our trainer and he recommends using CTRL Y to open
the 'Go to Folder' dialogue. Works quite nicely.

Subject: Need help with Windows Mail Setting

Hello all,
Using Windows Mail with Vista and Jaws 9.
How can I stop a folder from opening upand showing the messages every
time I
arrow up and down the folders list??
Very annoying. I have gone through options, but cannot find anything.
Yes,
Preview pane is not checked.
Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks,
Morey Worthington
