Need help from S B C users.

Hi,
today we tried to do system restore going back 2 weeks.
Yes one can restore to 2 weeks ago, but the SBC modem will not work. So
we returned everything back to before restoration.
Before the first try, the person helping me wrote down the SBC settings.
Please write me off list.
Yes, I have the modem working fine but without restoring. If others
have had similar problems, please suggest answers.
