Navigating back to the table of contents in Microsoft office 2003 help

Hi all,
how do I'll return to the table of contents after reading a help topic in
Microsoft office 2003 applications? In Microsoft office XP, I could simply
hit the f6 key which would return me to the table of contents. This no
longer is the case. I have also tried clicking on the contents tab which has
not helped. I have been returned to a topic called welcome to Microsoft help
or something like that where I can do nothing.
