Thanks.
I was able to get to the Treeview with F6 as you suggested.
Then, after some playing around with it, I learned that, to get to the text,
I need to press enter and follow that with a left mouse click once I have
the bookmark highlighted that I want.
It's a pdf file and so it's a little awkward but I think I can work with it.
