P.S.

I just tried it out, using as search terms michael richards fork and when
the search results page loaded, skipped through the first ten results just
by pressing h, without having to arrow down through, and listen to, all the
intermediate stuff and cache links and everything else unless I wanted to.

Thanks a lot. Go Google! Gosh, I'll bet that company's going to be pretty
successful one of these days. What's that? Oh, never mind...

Hi,
do you mean that Google has coded headings into their search results page?
So now you can use the Jaws H command to skip from one hit to the next,
instead of arrowing through stuff the way we have had to do?

That sounds like a really welcome change. Thanks for bringing it to my
attention.

Alison,

I upgraded to JAWS 8 a few days ago and haven't noticed any change with the
way Google works. In fact, I just tried again: went to google, pressed
enter on edit to turn forms mode on, typed a search string and pressed enter
and, voila, the page with the results was loaded. By the way, you now can
press the letter h to move from result to result. This is a new feature of
google.
