Misty,

Control-page down will move you from sheet one to sheet two and so forth. Control-page up will move you from sheet three to sheet two, and so forth.

I use the menus to rename sheets. When you are on page one, go to the menu and select format. Arrow down to the sheet sub-menu. There is an option to rename your worksheet there. You can only rename the worksheet that you are on with this method. I just like using the menus and I am not in a hurry to do things.

Just so you know, there is an option in the options menu that will allow you to determine how many sheets will be in each new workbook that you create. I believe that the default is three. Hope that this was of some assistance. I hope that you are using Excel 2003.

Marvin

Thanks for the info. However, I can only get to sheet 1 in Excel. How can I navigate between sheets in order to rename sheet 2 or 3?

Thanks,

Hello list members:

I use JAWS 11 and Microsoft Office 2007. By default, there are three sheets, Sheet 1, Sheet 2 and Sheet 3 in Microsoft Excel work books. How do I rename
these sheets to a name of my choice? Thanks.

Derek
