Do you run JAWS on the system tray? When I ran jaws as a program window, it did it to me often. Now I run it on the system tray and it never did it again.

Subject: Nagging Jaws 11 problem

Hi, all.

I have a nagging problem with Jaws 11, that I could use some help with.

On my Dell Lattitude 610 laptop computer, with Windows XP, I often
completely loose Jaws when exiting out of applications like Microsoft Word
and Outlook Express.

I don't understand why this happens, nor do I know how to get Jaws back once
it's lost, which causes me to have to do a hard shut-down of the computer
when the problem occurs.

Any helpful suggestions here would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Tom Behler
