Hmmm, so turn off bullets and numbering? I thought I'd done that but will
double-check.

Hi Ed,

I tried doing the paste special using unformatted text and it works fine. I
had forgotten about using paste special and unformatted text.

The issue with Rebecca's text is that automatic numbering (numbered lists),
when activated, is like working with bulleted lists. It works well when
you've finished the list, but is horrible when still editing the text.

I like to not have bulleted and numbered list activation on while composing
and editing text. I make sure the text is set the way I want, and then
apply the bullets or numbers. It gives me more control over what I type and
how it looks.

Thanks for the great suggestion!

Francis
