Moving a folder in Outlook Express

Hi List
Is it possible to move a folder and all of it's contents to a previous level
in Outlook Express with out having to create the rule again for that folder?
I am using Windows XP Home Edition
Jaws Version 5.00.844 and Outlook Express Version 6.00.2800.1123
