Usually this indicates that these pieces of spyware are currently running while you run Spybot so it can identify them but not delete them. The work around is to either use the task manager to shut them down before running Spybot, use Regedit to remove them from the startup processes, or start windows in safe mode and have a sighted assistant run spybot.
