I didn't think it would take me long to come up with another question for the group. I have taken many people's advice, and installed Miranda. I find it to be pretty good, albeit a few things. I think there needs to be an IRC Private Message sound event, so I will know when someone sends a PM while I'm on IRC. well, actually, there is a sound of sorts. The default sound, which is a ding for me, will indicate a PM, but I'd like to set another, more realistic sound. Anyone know how to accomplish this, since there isn't an IRC Private Message sound event under the sounds category? Now, here's another question. I'm one of those sticklers about JAWS reading incoming messages. JAWS currently doesn't read incoming and outgoing messages for IRC, or MSN messages, which are the two I'm currently using in Miranda. How can I go about fixing this, or must I always route jaws to PC. If I'm on IRC, and am in a very active channel, or am playing a game with other users, I will most certainly want to hear all that is going on. How bout if I'm in multiple channels. Sure I hear the sound I have set for when a message comes in, but then one must go find which channel that sound came from. Tedious really. Is there any solution?
