Thanks for getting back to me. What I want to do is to be able to rearrange
the order in which the fields are read. For example currently it is reading
status "urgent" or "attachment" then name then subject. What I was hoping to
to be able on the fly change to read the subject first then date then name that
sort of thing. You can do this in a list view but I don't see how I can do it
in outlook2003 so I thought I would ask if any one has any ideas or maybe it
just can't be done.

I am not sure if this is what you mean but try View under the file menu, then
Arrange by.
In there you will find a list of choices.

I am using jaws 10 and outlook 2003. Is there a quick way of reordering the
columns in the list of emails? I find it difficult to sift through all my
emails depending on what I am looking for and thought if I could reorder the
columns on the fly I could save a lot of time and
frustration.--
