well I just talked to a guy from the list. He goes by the name of trouble
and is a computer tech. He says Microsoft anti spy ware is inaccessible.

  That's strange.  Check on Windows Update and see if it's an optional
  download.  You might have to select it to have it included as a
  download.  They typically have optional items as well as normal security
  patches.
