First: You have to select more than one rule in the first list. Then left click the word "and" in your message rule. This will bring up a dialog that looks like this:

And/Or
Apply rule if:
Messages match all of the criteria
Messages match any one of the criteria
OK Cancel

Subject: Message rules in OE

There used to be an option to choose and or or when creating a rule in OE. I
need a rule that states to move the iten to a folder when the subject line
contains a certain phrase or when the to line contains an address. All I can do is create a rule that has the subject line contain the phrase and the to line contains the address. If I use the and instead of the or, then only the
messages with both that subject and address go to the folder. The other
messages with the address go into my inbox. How can I create a rule that
states or instead of and in the rule? Thanks.

Vicki
