Medical Transcription Package Help Needed

Hello:

I'm working with a Help Desk client that is trying to take a Medical
Transcription class.  They are using a software package called
Essentials of Medical Transcription.  It doesn't work very well at all
with JAWS.  Has anyone heard of this package and are there any scripts
for it?  Are there other Medical Transcription packages that work better
with JFW?  This package is a book with interactive transcription
exercises and tests that students have to take.  It comes on CD and
installs on the computer.
