Thanks for the information. Can you give me the website for AVG?

Thanks,

Hello

From others on this list I have heard that McAfee is not very accessible.

I don't have any personal use with it but from reading others posts and
having to uninstall it a couple of times off of others pc's I am not very
fond of it.

Is this a work pc or your personal computer. Only thing I could recommend
is to get a different antivirus program.

I use AVG from Grisoft.

They have a free version that receives updates. They also have security
solutions that you can purchase. It is very accessible with Jaws.

There is also NOD32 that others on the list like to use.

Hope this information helps you in future decisions.

Robert

Subject: Mcaffey and JFW version 8

Hi,
I am having problems with Mcaffee(I don't know how exactly to spell it)
anti-virus software.

I keep getting the message that one or more messages have not been sent and
to check the log to find out which ones. It doesn't say where the log is so
I log off and then re-send all the messages for that day. I was told to
make sure that the updates for Mcaffee are up to date and they are.

I would like at this point to disable Mcaffee from my e mail, but when I
open up the Mcaffee application it is not accessible. The only way that I
can read it is with the JAWS cursor.

I tried the insert f1 twice and it says that there is no JFW specific help
for this application.

Is there any way that I can disable the Mcaffee software from my e mail,
which is OutLook 2003 using JAWS or do I have to give in and get a sighted
person to do it?

I am using JFW version 8.

Thanks for any suggestions.
