Maximizing windowsheya,

your explanation has got me alittle confused, if one is blind one can't drag 
the window to maximize it, can you be abit more  specific

  You can manually drag it to fill the screen. 
  (Do not use the maximize button, for that's a temporary setting that will not 
be retained.) 

  Now press the Ctrl button, and close this second window, holding the Ctrl 
button depressed, using 'close' in the File menu (important!). 
  All windows should now open full screen. They are not maximized, but filling 
the screen.
