Hi I haven't had a problem here at all with msn messenger 6.2 and am running
it on a windows xp machine here I would try setting your color maybe to
medium color instead of high and setting the back round to none, don't know
what it does, but I haven't had blanks at all since I implemented this
setting.
For the person who said that he is having blanks with outlook from time to
time, I would try doing the same thing.
