Otherwise, A Bookport from APH or a Victor Reader Stream from Humanware are
very accessible, if expensive, MP3 players.
Note that Rockbox works on a bunch of different players, including
the
Sansa, which is a bit cheaper than an Ipod. My experience is with an
Ipod,though, and it works well there without vision.
