MIrcspeech and channel list?

Hi,
I'm having a problem that I suspect is due to MIrcspeech. Whenever I attempt
to obtain a channel list on any server, I press the "get list" button, and the
list never seems to populate. Jaws always reports zero items.
Has anyone seen this and is it due to MIrcspeech? If so, can anyone suggest a
fix?
