Subject: Lotus Notes 5 Glitch

Hi,
I was at a customer's today, trying to help her with Lotus Notes 5. I
know very little about the application, so I found the JAWS help
information handy, at least as far as it went. We had no problem getting
into and reading inter-office e-mail. One significant problem that I ran
into, though, was an inability to handle file attachments. Lotus Notes 5
help says to click on the little paper clip icon, and all the sighted
guys around the shop knew of no way to get to attachments using the
keyboard. Every time I tried to get to this icon with the JAWS cursor it
would skip it entirely, definitely not cool at all. So, any of you Lotus
Notes 5 users out there know what to do about it?

Tom
