Graham,
This is, likely, because the taskbar item for the message window is flashing
when a new message is sent into the conversation. I don't know how to
change this.

Can anyone tell me why jaws keeps repeating the alert and message when I am
not in the conversation window, it just does not stop announcing it until I
go to the conversation window.
