JAWS calls it a list box. Combo boxes are no problem.

Ok, does jaws anounce these as "list boxes". I am asking in case there is
some confusion. The alt + down arrow opens "combo boxes" so I am not sure
about a "list box".
I think we assumed they were the same thing. Maybe not?

Try Alt+downarrow when you're on the list, and see if that opens it. Then
you should be able to use the up/down arrow to scroll through the list. Then
tab away to any other element or button. It's been a while since I used JAWS 8
or 9, so working from memory.

I'm using JAW's 8, and wondering if there is a way to open a list box on
a web site. Its Webster's dictionary, and when there are multiple definitions,
i can only access the main one. Happy holidays to all...
