 I do not have jaws12 but we have gone over this topic with previous versions 
of jaws.  With jaws 10 One thing I find in the script is that the script 
depends on there being a left bracket and right bracket enclosing the senders 
email address.  If these are not present the script will not work.
The script pulls directly from the from field and tries to segment the string 
using the brackets as delimiters.
I have not experimented much with this to see how many addresses are past with 
the brackets.
Can any one tell me whether the ones that do not work, do they have brackets or 
not?
