For those who don't know about batch files and don't want to learn, you
can
achieve gaining easy access to KillJaws through Windows techniques.
1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32/taskkill.exe, use tie application key,
choose Send To, and choose Desktop Create Shortcut.
Now on the desktop, you'll have a shortcut to Taskkill.exe. Hibghlight it
and press alt-enter.
This brings up the properties of the shortcut. The first control of the
dialog box is an edit field to the path, and allows for adding parameters.
Press End to go to the end of the line, after the .exe, his space and then
paste or write /f /im jfw.exe Once you're done there you can tab twice and
create your hotkey, then press enter to save. Just another way.
I haven't been following the thread, so I don't know if this has already
been answered: Is this process any better than using the built-in key in
JFW
8 or 9, Jawskey+win+f4?

It is a line of code in a batch file you can create to clear jaws from
memory if there is a problem.
echo off
taskkill /F /IM jfw.exe
Put that into notepad and save the file for example KillJaws.bat on to
your
desktop.
I believe earlier versions of jaws when unloaded did not remove themselves
from memory.
