Hi, Welson. This keystroke is for removing JAWS from memory when it is acting strangely and will not remove itself with the normal unload command: Insert+F4. This keystroke also creates a data file which can be analyzed to see what the computer's conditions or environment were at the time JAWS was removed from memory.
