Hi Julie.
Go into Jaws, Voices, Global, and tab until you get to voice
rate. You can adjust in small amounts with your arrow keys and
larger amounts with PageUp and PageDown keys.
Alternatively, to adjust the rate of the current voice temporarily,
hit alt+control+pageup and alt+control+pagedown.
