Hey Dan, Thanks for your help but it is resolved now. Thanks to Dave Carlson I was able to fix the problem so now I can read all the messages that I have already sent to people in the sent items folder. Do you have any other ideas of why this may be happening? It's good to see you on the list as well. Make sure this is checked. Good to see you on the list. Hope this helps. Dan From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Carmen Santiago Sent: Thursday, May 14, 2009 12:48 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Jaws10 and Outlook 2003 Hey listers, I'm using Jaws 10 on an XP pro machine. I'm also using Outlook 2003. I was wondering when I'm in the Outlook 2003 tree view and I want to search for a specific folder this is what happens to me How is it that I'm unable to see all of my e-mails from my sent items folder. For example, when I go to the tree view and use first letter navigation to get to my sent items folder and press enter. I then tab to the list view where you would normally see all the e-mails that you've ever written in there. You would think that they would be there. Is there a feature that you can turn on and off to cause something like this to happen where you can't even view the e-mails that are in the sent items folder. In my Outlook settings I have all the unsent e-mails that I wish to work on later go into my drafts folder and I have checked everything else out and it seems like everything is going to the appropriate folders except for the sent items e-mails. I don't see anything there. When I go to the list view Jaws says "From subject receive size: There are no items to show in this view." What does this possibly mean? I went to the Outlook window and went to tools: options and in the preferences dialog box, I tab to the e-mail options button. I tab to where it said saved copies of messages in sent items folder check box is checked. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing before? This has been going on for quite some time. Any help would be greatly appreciative. Carmen Santiago
