Unfortunately, how Power Point reads with JAWS depends on which version you
have. Power Point 2000 is easier to read, for example, than PP 2002 or 2003.

With 2000, press f6. There are three panes, the second one is notes and
the third one is outline view and the first one is maybe default
design. When in outline view, you should be able to do sayall to read the
whole thing. Sometimes if that doesn't work you can read it with the JAWS
cursor.

Another thought is to press f5 to go into slide show, read the first slide
with the JAWS cursor, then press spacebar to go to the next slide and
backspace to go to the previous slide.

Under view, you want to be in normal, not slide sorter.

Power Point is a real stinker to read, though. Sometimes you can use the
JFW virtual window to read the screen--insert-control-w. The status line
will tell you how many slides there are--1/19 would mean 1 of nineteen.

Good luck!
