You may not be able to use them then. You can still navigate the site using
the links list and hitting b to jump to the buttons. That page is really
accessible when in Basic HTML.

I appreciate your responds. With the basic HTLM view, I still can't
use the key board short cuts.
My office server blocks any mail that will be pushed to my outlook.
That is the problem .
